Betrothed

September 27, 2009

Sunday~September 27, 2009

As you scroll (ever so slowly) through the pictures in this post, you will certainly become only a pile of goo upon your keyboard. Now let it be known! I am not responsible for any tears you may shed, or for that goo you will become. But I will take credit for the grin on your face.

You’re welcome.

Look out, now.

You will be melted!

(You have been warned.)

I wonder who will marry first?

Miles and Olivia?

Olivia (conveniently our close friends’ daughter) and Miles

If they continue to make each other this happy? Marriage is NOT a bad idea.

But then there’s the little brother and the little sister…

Will Asher and Ellorie be the first ones to say “I do?”

(Forgive the poor blurred quality of this photo,
it’s just that they move so fast-pun intended.)

A kiss for an upset Asher…

I’m terribly sorry. But our boys are off the market.

SO adorable!!!

Stephanie Faris September 27, 2009 at 10:52 am

Awwww. I think it would be such a sweet story for two kids to play together at that age, then one day grow up and get married. Wouldn't that make for a great picture to have enlarged and hanging at the wedding reception? :-)

Jo@Mylestones September 27, 2009 at 11:42 am

Oh my word. I think I just overdosed on cute. My jaw seems to be stuck in the "awwww" position.

Kristina P. September 27, 2009 at 11:44 am

I'm sure they will be very happy together.

Corinne September 27, 2009 at 11:45 am

They are SO sweet! Both little couples :) I just love little kids holding hands and smooching!

Chief September 27, 2009 at 12:08 pm

K, so they are all amazing and adorable and yummy…but…

OLIVIA?! Holy mother of pearl batman! I could totally eat those cheeks! and her eyes are just bundles of yumminess! Think of the grandaughters that they will produce with a mixture of those two faces!

Thanks for the smile

L.T. Elliot September 27, 2009 at 12:16 pm

Still cohesive enough to type, though the rest of me is, in fact, goo.

SUPER DARLING!!!

Jami September 27, 2009 at 12:23 pm

I moved the keyboard out of the way–just to be safe. Good thing too! So sweet. You put a huge smile on my face. Thanks.

Ronda's Rants September 27, 2009 at 12:31 pm

Life is just too short and too precious…(pun intended!!)
Thanks for making my day!

Kate Coveny Hood September 27, 2009 at 12:40 pm

That is adorable. But I kind of hate you for having even one child who stays still for the camera. The only time my kids will be still for the camera is when I have the VIDEO camera. Then they smile at me and say CHEESE! sigh

Emily September 27, 2009 at 2:42 pm

Oh my! I'm melted!

Lara September 27, 2009 at 3:02 pm

Thanks for the warning. But even your warning could not do those pics justice.

But really I can NOT believe you posed your kids like that trying to get us all into a state of oohhhing and aaahing and melting and goo!!!

:-)

Those kids – all of them – are TOO much!!!!!! I wanna squeeze them all!

CanCan (Mom Most Traveled) September 28, 2009 at 1:43 am

heidi September 28, 2009 at 9:54 am

Ahhhh young love. :-)

LisAway September 28, 2009 at 10:14 am

Those are WAY too cute.

(and you should change your little blurb here to say "Talk to me goo" just for today. :)

Melanie J September 28, 2009 at 11:12 am

Oh, that just kills me in the best possible way!

Less Toil Traci September 28, 2009 at 3:21 pm

Adorable… what else is there to say?

Tooj September 28, 2009 at 4:08 pm

You are so sweet to "okay" your match makings. I can't seem to find a girl I want my boys marrying. I don't want to be THAT mom….I will keep trying. But ugh. They need to keep holding MY hand. Not girls. :( I'm so THAT mom.

Kristen@nosmallthing September 28, 2009 at 8:37 pm

Um yeah. Definitely smiling over here. How cute!!!

mama-face September 29, 2009 at 8:53 am

Ha. This reminds me of all the people I THINK my kids should marry…someday. (A couple of em could get married now), and for some reason they don't want to marry my picks. Matchmaker, Matchmaker…

I hope they pick good ones; I KNOW they will.

Lovely photos.

radioactive girl September 29, 2009 at 11:05 am

How adorable! Your boys (and their future wives) are so beautiful and look so sweet!

I had a picture like that with one of my daughters. She is now 11 and doesn't remember it at all but loves the pictures…as long as I don't show them to her friends.

Susan Berlien (warmchocmilk) September 29, 2009 at 1:43 pm

Great photos! Now we gotta find some ladies for my boys :)

Lisa @ Crazy Adventures in Parenting September 29, 2009 at 10:37 pm

Do you see that? Over there? ->

That's me, one big ball of mush, melted in the corner over all this gushy, lovey dovey OMG THEY ARE RIDICULOUSLY CUTE, CAN'T STAND IT ANYMORE pile over there.

Blessed September 30, 2009 at 12:24 am

looks like true love to me! So completely adorable – both couples!

ZDub October 1, 2009 at 1:41 pm

I can't stand the cuteness!

That is the sweetest thing ever!

Carrie October 1, 2009 at 7:24 pm

Oh, my goodness, SO cute. :)

Marisa October 2, 2009 at 8:36 pm

Does it get any cuter?! SOOO cute!

Kimberly October 6, 2009 at 1:22 pm
