Tuesday~June 23, 2009

Well, hello masked man with the eyes on the back of your head.
What is your mission?

Wait! Come back here, I must reveal your identity!
Ugh, you’re nothing but a blur at that speed!!!

Ah HA! I find you here of course, playing with the fan!
I ask you again!!! Who are you??? How is it that you
can see through cloth?

(GASP) SHOCKING!!!
The truth is revealed! It is you, Ash Man!
One of my very favorite Super Heroes!

CHEESE!

Now stay away from the fan, young man!
(Especially when you can’t see what it is you’re doing.)

The blur of motion is one of my favorite things about having kids.

L.T. Elliot June 23, 2009 at 11:33 am

I frickin' love your pictures! Of course, those darling kids make all the difference, huh?

No way!! That SAME reverse spiderman has been spotted at our house! In fact, the mixed up superhero got all the way down the stairs in it (phew, I dodged an ER bullet on that one!)

That Asher is stinkin' cute, btw. Great pictures!

Able to capture hearts in one single smile – ugh – I'm such a sucker for a sweet little super hero.

This is totally something my daughter would do…except when walking around our house blindly, she would walk into one of the walls and then become very angry.

I like what's going on in your house a bit better. :)

It's always funny to see what kids will put on their heads. I've got lots of funny shots of my kids with various objects on their heads.

Still, seeing through cloth IS pretty exciting! Snort!

Oh, those tempting fans, enticing small children and terrifying their parents.

Only real superheroes have giraffes on their jammies.

blueviolet June 23, 2009 at 9:18 pm

He's the cutest spiderman yet!

I would LOVE to have the super power of having eyes on the back of my head. What a cutie!

Debbie June 24, 2009 at 8:31 am

What a cutie. And why do they love to walk around when they can't see?

Heather, Kate told me about your blog today in conversation so I thought I'd stop by. Always fun to see fellow bloggers on there site.
Enjoy your writings. Kids are the best to write about. I look forward to your stories to come.

Hey, everyone needs a super cool super hero around the house. It's just icing on the cake if your super hero is that stinking adorable…

P.S. How've you been?

Motherboard June 24, 2009 at 1:38 pm

He's adorable!

Carrie June 24, 2009 at 4:11 pm

This is so cute. My son also loves to play with the fan, and he's been running around with his eyes closed & hands up lately, it is so funny.
